I had an opportunity to use Ronnie Perez Construction with a Remodel/ addition with my second home (vacation home).
I found Ron to be very knowledgeable about the building process, on bugdet and on time! But even more importantly, I found him to be incredibly creative and talented when it came to the design process. Ron took the architects plans and completely re designed our house on the inside and out with over 45 major changes.
He has a real gift for design and execution. They saved us thousands of dollars by helping us redesign the project in a prompt, professional, polite and courteous way. To say he is customer oriented would be an under statement.

Beyond ensuring the job is done with excellence, he was a willing partner making or suggesting many improvements to the plans. For example, he up sized the a section of the roof rafters on his own making the results stronger without asking and without charging.
Ron is extremely fair and honest. He was always available to consult when we had questions. He follows up on his work for years after the job. We have highly recommended Ron to others and more than one of our friends have used him for their construction.
